A paver detectable by sight impaired persons due to change in color or texture from surrounding surfaces. Changes in texture are achieved with detectable warnings.

Partly threshed material that has passed through the coarse shakers or "straw walker" and is eliminated at the rear of a threshing machine.

Taking
An illegal government appropriation of private property or property rights. Traditionally, takings law has addressed physical seizures of land, but regulations that deprive landowners of certain property rights may also result in a taking in special circumstances. Courts decide whether a particular government action constitutes a taking.

A structure which fosters narrow spans of control, a large number of management levels, and more centralized decision making.
